Who we are

What this site collects

As little as we could manage. No cookies, no analytics, no trackers, no accounts. The booking form doesn’t submit anything to our servers — it opens a pre-filled email in your own mail app, and nothing leaves your machine until you press send.

What we receive when you write to us

What you send: your name, company, where you’re based, your company’s size, your email address, and your message. We use it to reply and to run the conversation you started — nothing else. No marketing lists, no drip sequences, and we never sell or share it for marketing.

We keep correspondence for as long as we’re talking, or working together. Ask us to delete it and we will.

Hosting and third parties

The site is served by Vercel, whose infrastructure processes standard server logs — including IP addresses — to deliver the pages. Fonts load from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests font files from Google’s servers when the site loads.

Client systems

The systems we build for clients run in isolated per-client environments and are governed by each client’s own agreement — not by this page. Client documents, corrections, and know-how are never reused for anyone else, or used to train anyone else’s models.

Your rights

Under UK and EU data-protection law you can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to how it’s used. Write to [email protected]. If you’re unsatisfied with our answer, you can complain to your supervisory authority — in the UK, the ICO.
