The funded route
Europe helps pay for exactly this.
Public programs across Europe exist to push mid-sized manufacturers into precisely this work — diagnostics, digitalization, AI on the factory’s own processes. Much of that money goes unclaimed, because claiming it is a trade of its own. We practice that trade.

Advisory vouchers
Voucher programs pay for expert diagnostics directly — often the state pays the advisor, not you. Where a window is open, the study that starts our work costs you little or nothing.
Spain · Kit Consulting — France · Diag Data IA — UK · Made Smarter

Innovation grants
Regional and national calls return a share of an implementation like this — commonly 20–50% for a mid-sized company. Competitive and capped, in windows that open and close through the year.
Germany · NRW MID and Hessen Distr@l — Italy · chamber vouchers
- For · The remainder
Tax relief
Innovation and R&D deductions apply to the share you still pay, on top of any grant. Spain returns 12% of qualifying IT innovation; most European countries run an equivalent.

We handle the filing.
Programs open and close in windows through the year, region by region. We track the calendar and file when a window is open — the work never waits on it.
The dossier comes from work already done: the diagnostic’s plan carries the scope, the budget, and the comparison quotes most programs ask for. We prepare it and file it.
An award is never a promise, so it’s never a precondition: the plan stands on its own economics, and the funding rides along. If an application doesn’t land, the system is still worth building — that test is what the diagnostic is for.
Windows open and close.
Most programs take applications for a few weeks a year, region by region. What’s open this quarter won’t be next — we track the calendar so you don’t have to.
Eligibility is personal.
Size class, region, sector — even the ownership above you — change what you qualify for. We check before anything is promised.
One call tells you.
Thirty minutes is enough to say whether something is open for you right now — before you budget anything.
Next step
Tell us what’s capping your output.
Thirty minutes on a call. Tell us how a job moves through your factory today, and we’ll show you what we built for the factory that got stuck at the same step.
