How to start

A small first step. A working system in weeks.

Two to three weeks learning how your factory runs. You approve the design before anything gets built. Then it goes live.

  1. 01

    Diagnose

Two to three weeks, at a fixed fee agreed before we start. It finds the app your factory needs first — and the plan it produces is the one we build.

  2. 02

    Validate

You click through the app before we compose it — and nothing gets built until you say go.

  3. 03

    Go live

Your first app in production 3–12 weeks from your approval, depending on scope — then expand à la carte, each new app faster and cheaper than it would be as a one-off.

Why you haven’t started — or started and stalled

Every door you’ve been offered was built for a bigger company.

So the rational move has been to wait: staying on Excel is arithmetic, not backwardness.

What changed — see what we build
  • Door one

    The consultants

A diagnosis, a roadmap, a goodbye. The report describes your business well — and changes nothing in it.

  • Door two

    The packaged software

Either it doesn’t know your product, or it’s a suite that keeps your rules on its terms. Then the services bill arrives, and it dwarfs the licence.

  • Door three

    The big-bang project

The ERP overhaul: a year of rollout, your best people in workshops — and what goes live is rarely what you asked for at the start.

What it returns

You see the return before anything gets built.

The diagnostic puts a number on what the bottleneck costs you today. Before anything is built you click through the system that removes it — and you have the price before you commit to any of it.

Where the return comes from

  • Hours come back

Agents absorb the reading and re-keying — a quote goes from days to minutes.

  • The bottleneck clears

Capacity is lost at a few specific steps. Those are the ones the system takes off the critical path.

  • Errors get caught at entry

Your rules check every order the moment it is entered, while a fix is still cheap.

  • Enquiries stop going cold

Enquiries arrive with their history attached — your people know which to chase, and what to say.

  • Decisions come with numbers

History, caps and costs surface at the moment of choice, not after it.

Once it’s live

  • Its own cloud

Isolated per client — nothing shared, nothing reused.

  • Secured

Single sign-on, access control, and an audit trail.

  • Watched and backed up

Monitored and maintained by us, with backups and recovery.

  • It keeps learning

Your people’s corrections become test cases — it gets better with every job.

  • Yours to export

Your data comes out cleanly, whenever you ask.

How we run it.

  • Your ERP stays where it is.

Nothing gets ripped out. The system reads from it and writes back to it, and it stays your system of record.

  • Your knowledge stays yours.

What your people correct, the system learns — and it stays inside your system. Never reused for anyone else, never used to train anyone else’s models.

  • Your people stay in charge.

Agents draft; your people decide — and every number traces back to the email, PDF or drawing it came from.

  • We keep it running.

Isolated cloud, single sign-on, audit trail, backups and recovery. Monitored and maintained for the long haul.

Common questions

The questions most first calls start with.

Can we get public funding for this?

In most European countries, yes — programs co-fund exactly this work, from the diagnostic to the build. We handle all of it: finding the open window, preparing the files, timing the filing. Often the state pays us directly. More on the funded route.

How does the process work?

Three steps. A two-to-three-week diagnostic finds the app your factory needs first and ends in a build plan. You click through your product and approve it before we build anything. Then your first app goes live in 3–12 weeks — and the system grows from there, app by app.

Can AI be trusted with our quotes and orders?

Nothing goes out without your people’s sign-off — agents prepare the work, and every number shows where it came from. Corrections become permanent test cases, so the same mistake doesn’t come back.

Who sees our data?

No one. Your system runs in its own isolated environment, and your documents, corrections, and know-how are never reused for anyone else — or used to train anyone else’s models.

What if we ever part ways?

Your data exports cleanly, the custom layer is yours alone, and your ERP never moved.
